Shop Policies

At the moment, we are only taking payment via PayPal. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal, just a valid credit card and an email address.

Make sure that you enter a valid shipping address in the PayPal checkout! This is where we get your shipping address from. We ship your order out within five business days of you placing it (but usually the next day — you need your goodies!). We usually ship USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation/Tracking so your stash arrives safely.

Refunds and Exchanges
If the item is not as pictured and described, we will refund your payment minus shipping. Please contact us at www (at) ewephoricfibers (dot) com for a return authorization *before* mailing it back, or else we cannot guarantee a refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds will only be issued for items in unused condition.
